Originally called out-of-the-mist press, Puzzled Dragon Press published 2 poetry chapbooks: Inverse Origami - the art of Unfolding in 1998 and Tabernacle of Bees in 2011. Also an album of songs These Broken Years still on Bandcamp and Reverbnation.
